Effective from 30 October 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of www.oec.hu (the “Website”), operated by Óbudai Egészségügyi Centrum Kft. (1036 Budapest, Lajos utca 74-76., Hungary; the “Operator”). By using the Website you accept these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about the Operator’s clinical trials and private practice services and allows visitors to apply for clinical trials. All information is provided for general guidance only.
2. No medical advice
Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or a recommendation of therapy, and it does not substitute consultation with a qualified physician. If you have a health complaint, always consult your treating doctor. Participation in clinical trials is subject to eligibility conditions; an application does not mean automatic enrolment — suitability is always determined by a medical screening examination.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and all of its content (texts, images, graphics, logos, brand elements) are protected by copyright and trademark law. Content may not be used for commercial purposes, reproduced or distributed without the Operator’s prior written consent.
4. Liability
The Operator strives to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date but accepts no liability for damages arising from inaccuracies, temporary unavailability of the Website, or the content of linked third-party sites. The portfolio of recruiting clinical trials changes continuously; current availability is confirmed by phone or email.
5. Use of the application form
You must provide accurate information when completing the application form. Submitting another person’s data without authorisation is prohibited; applications on behalf of persons under 18 may only be made by their legal representative. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy notice.
6. Final provisions
